UGC Creator Manager - Paid Social

About the role

Creative Dreams is a performance creative agency specializing in data-driven creatives for Meta and TikTok ads. We are looking for a student to join our Content & Creators team to manage our network of creators. In this role, you will facilitate the production process by sourcing creators, negotiating terms, and providing feedback on content.

Responsibilities

• Support the acquisition and sourcing of new creators
• Negotiate terms and usage rights
• Brief creators for paid social content
• Review content, manage file storage, and provide feedback to creators
• Assist with on-site shoots in the Düsseldorf area
