Social Media & Community Management Intern

About the role

Pausify is building a platform to bring book lovers together through offline sessions and is seeking an intern to help grow their community and tell their story. You will assist in managing community events, creating social media content, and experimenting with marketing concepts to help make reading a more social part of everyday life. This role offers hands-on experience in event management, community building, and digital advertising.

Responsibilities

• Support the planning, organization and management of community events in Berlin
• Create content for social media platforms
• Experiment with content formats and concepts to determine effectiveness
• Transform events, people and the company mission into engaging stories
• Gain hands-on experience with Meta Ads by setting up campaigns and analyzing performance
• Help shape the voice and content style of the brand
• Propose and implement new marketing ideas
