Adoption Strategist

About the role

This is a new role focused on designing and running scalable programs to drive corporate and mid-market customer adoption. You will develop deep product expertise to educate customers on best practices and use data-driven strategies to improve time-to-value. The role requires an analytical builder who is comfortable with AI automation and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Build and deliver scalable enablement and activation programs to educate customers on best practices.
• Develop deep product expertise across the ElevenLabs platform, specifically ElevenAgents and ElevenCreative.
• Audit customer agent configurations and feature setups to identify gaps and provide value-add recommendations.
• Track and drive adoption metrics in partnership with Revenue Operations to inform strategy.
• Partner with Account Management and CX to deliver targeted adoption campaigns, workshops, and webinars.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to unify adoption strategy across the customer journey.

Qualifications
