Knowledge Architect and Product Enablement Expert

About the role

The Knowledge Architect and Product Enablement Expert will define and maintain the product knowledge structure for Docplanner, ensuring content is accurate, scalable, and accessible for both internal teams and AI assistants. This role involves extracting knowledge directly from code repositories, simplifying documentation processes, and training teams to transition from traditional writing to fact-based content management. You will collaborate across departments to ensure product information remains current and consistent across global markets.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain the content model for product knowledge, including labels, metadata, and organizational structure.
• Extract and translate technical logic from code repositories into clear, reviewable content.
• Lead the migration and restructuring of the existing internal knowledge base.
• Develop training materials and guides to teach the team new methods for content generation and fact-checking.
• Design repeatable processes for capturing non-code-based knowledge in collaboration with Product Managers and Marketing.
• Establish workflows to ensure knowledge remains updated following product releases.

Qualifications

• 4 to 7 years of experience in technical writing, documentation engineering, knowledge management, developer experience, or solutions engineering
• Proven ability to design content structures and define standards
• Experience with documentation that lives in a repository
