Head of Enablement

About the role

The Head of Enablement will build and lead the function responsible for educating thousands of users on Aveni Assist and Aveni Detect. This role involves designing the processes, standards, and team structure for enablement, as well as launching certification programmes to ensure scalable and effective user adoption. You will balance strategic framework design with hands-on training delivery and team leadership.

Responsibilities

• Own enablement strategy for Assist and Detect, defining standards for each user type and customer segment.
• Design and launch certification programmes featuring LMS courses, quizzes, and digital badges.
• Build scalable onboarding, new-joiner, refresher, and feature-launch training programmes.
• Deliver in-person and online training sessions for critical use cases or capacity management.
• Set operational processes, scheduling rhythms, and quality expectations for the enablement team.
• Track engagement, completion, adoption, and competency metrics to drive continuous improvement.
• Hire, coach, and grow a high-performing enablement team.
• Partner cross-functionally with Customer Success, Implementation, Product, and Sales teams.
