Implementation Engineer

About the role

Roboflow is seeking an Implementation Engineer to partner with sales and solutions architect teams to drive customer success. You will be responsible for the project management, deployment, and adoption of computer vision solutions, leveraging your technical expertise to help customers integrate these tools into their products. This role requires a hands-on approach to troubleshooting, debugging, and educating customers while collaborating with internal engineering and product teams.

Responsibilities

• Support and manage the project delivery of customized solutions to our customers
• Provide post-deployment support, including troubleshooting, debugging, and educating customers
• Collaborate with Sales and Solutions Architect teams to ensure continuity across the customer journey
• Create technical content to demonstrate best practices
• Work with sales and product to develop implementation strategies and build roadmaps for our customers
• Partner with customers to perform analysis on their image data to answer specific business questions
• Test and validate new product features with customer value creation in mind
• Contribute to a repository of reusable artifacts that can be used by customers to accelerate their Roboflow journey

Qualifications

• Background in computer science or a related field
