About the role

The Recruitment Lead will manage the in-house recruiting team while actively participating in recruitment strategy and execution. This role focuses on scaling technical hiring, maintaining a high hiring bar, and ensuring a structured, data-driven interview process. The successful candidate will partner with leadership to optimize hiring infrastructure and deliver on recruitment goals.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a team of recruiters by setting priorities, conducting 1:1s, and supporting professional development
  • Partner with leaders on recruitment strategy and delivery with a focus on scaling technical hiring
  • Maintain and improve structured interview infrastructure to ensure a consistent, high-signal process
  • Track and report on hiring KPIs and quality-control on pipelines using Ashby workflows
  • Act as the escalation point for hiring managers regarding process issues
  • Own end-to-end hiring for technical, senior, or niche roles
