About the role

Roadside Assistance Team members assist customers who need help and certainty when their move does not go as planned. Team members handle incoming and outbound calls to customers and service providers to ensure support and expertise are provided. This role requires a focus on customer safety and the ability to follow established methods and procedures with professionalism and care.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming customer calls and initiate outbound calls to customers and service providers
• Provide support and expertise to assist customers with roadside issues
• Follow established methods and procedures to ensure customer safety
• Manage files with calm urgency and professionalism
• Meet all quality-related metrics and goals

Qualifications

• Fluency in English and French
