Regional Lead - Cashflow Finance

About the role

The Regional Lead will play a key role in the development and launch of a new cashflow finance product for established SMEs. Following the launch, the role will focus on the origination, structuring, and execution of lending facilities, as well as managing ongoing relationships and risk for a portfolio of clients. This position requires a hands-on approach to innovation and the ability to build strong professional networks within the SME financing market.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the design and delivery of a cashflow funding product.
• Originate, structure, and execute new cashflow funding facilities.
• Promote awareness of the product within regional professional services communities.
• Identify opportunities compatible with the bank's risk appetite.
• Gather and analyze financial information to present proposals to Underwriting.
• Negotiate and agree on terms with target businesses.
• Oversee facility documentation and pre-commencement requirements to ensure efficient transaction closure.
