About the role
The Data Science Intern will join a team of 70 professionals to leverage marketplace data for revenue growth, operational optimization, and transaction security. The role involves data preparation, algorithm prototyping, and collaborating with Data Engineers to deploy solutions into production. You will also build performance dashboards and contribute to team knowledge sharing.
Responsibilities
- Analyze and prepare data to ensure quality and relevance for algorithm development
- Prototype and iterate on algorithms with support from a mentor
- Collaborate with Data Engineers to bring solutions from experimentation to production
- Build dashboards to showcase work and monitor performance
- Present findings weekly and contribute to brainstorming sessions
