Associate Director, Global Dossier and Value Communicates

About the role

Precision AQ is seeking an Associate Director to join the Global Dossier and Value Communication team. This role involves leading the development of high-quality market access deliverables, guiding project teams, and contributing to the strategic growth of the writing function. The successful candidate will work across various therapeutic areas and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support patient access to new technologies.

Responsibilities

• Act as the designated lead writer on projects, delivering evidence-based, fully referenced content to a high standard.
• Manage workload and project deliverables across multiple concurrent workstreams.
• Develop market access deliverables including JCA and HTA submissions, global value dossiers, AMCP dossiers, and value proposition slide decks.
• Lead business development activities, including proposal writing and client pitches, with an annual target of £350,000.
• Ensure all client deliverables meet quality standards through rigorous writing, editing, and quality control.
• Mentor and support the development of junior and mid-level writers.
