FFE Design Lead

About the role

The FF+E Design Lead will own the development and stewardship of Neko Health’s global furniture, fixtures, equipment, and accessories strategy. This role defines the physical objects, materials, and product selections that shape the member experience across all global locations. You will establish scalable standards, drive product development, and provide creative guidance to regional teams to ensure a cohesive brand experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop FF+E and accessories standards for the Location Design Playbook.
• Drive product development and selection for global clinic projects.
• Provide concept-level creative guidance to regional design teams.
• Establish a scalable procurement and vendor strategy for FF+E.
• Collaborate with the Industrial Design Lead to develop bespoke furniture and accessory items.
• Manage vendor relationships, including sourcing, sampling, and cost negotiation.
