About the role
Wing is looking for a Regional Flight Operations Support Manager to lead a team of Flight Operations Support Coordinators and oversee regional vendor strategy. This role involves managing operational systems, financial oversight, and long-range capacity planning to support drone delivery operations. The manager will also lead the development of standard operating procedures and foster cross-functional collaboration to meet regional targets.
Responsibilities
- Directly manage, mentor, and develop a team of Flight Operations Support Coordinators.
- Serve as the primary regional point of contact for Vendor leadership to manage contract adherence.
- Oversee regional utilization of workforce management tools and ensure data integrity.
- Function as the primary approver for team timesheets, expense reports, and regional travel.
- Forecast regional staffing requirements based on projected flight volumes.
- Lead the creation and maintenance of Standard Operating Procedures for site logistics and crew readiness.
- Actively connect the team with cross-functional partners to promote shared goals.

Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in aviation operations, logistics, or workforce management
- Proven experience as a people manager leading distributed teams
- 2+ years of direct experience in Commercial Drone operations (Part 107/135)
Certifications
- 14 CFR Part 107 Remote Pilot Certificate
