Team Lead SAP Retail Fuel & Network Operations (RFNO)

About the role

The Team Lead will manage and develop a team of SAP RFNO consultants while providing coaching and project oversight. This role involves advising clients on SAP RFNO implementations, designing processes for gas station operations, and managing financial integration and payment clearing. You will also contribute to presales activities and the development of the RFNO consulting portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of SAP RFNO consultants and provide coaching in daily project work.
• Advise clients on the implementation and development of SAP RFNO solutions.
• Analyze and design processes related to gas station operations, billing, and financial integration.
• Manage topics such as payment processing, clearing, commissions, inventory management, and POS integration.
• Collaborate on integration solutions using SAP Integration Suite, APIs, and EDI.
• Support implementation partners with complex requirements and architectural decisions.
• Oversee quality assurance for customer projects and take overall professional responsibility.
• Participate in the development of new consulting approaches, templates, and AI-supported solutions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of SAP consulting experience in RFNO, IS-OIL or a comparable environment
• Experience in the gas station, mineral oil, or retail fuel industry
• Experience in the conception and implementation of complex SAP landscapes and integration scenarios
