Binance is seeking an Affiliate Operations specialist to support the Greater China region. The role involves managing referral and rebate mechanisms, providing user support, and analyzing community feedback to drive product and marketing growth.

Responsibilities

• Answer user questions and provide timely, accurate support to ensure a positive user experience.
• Assist Referral Pro Mode members by answering inquiries via Telegram or internal community groups.
• Collect and analyze community feedback to provide actionable insights for internal teams.
• Monitor affiliate and referral marketing activities to ensure integrity and compliance.
• Explore new content formats, channels, and creative ideas to support optimization and growth.
