About the role
This role oversees fund administration services, including fund accounting and reporting, for private equity and real estate customers. The Senior Manager will lead a team of fund accountants, drive operational improvements, and help shape the trajectory of the fund administration function. This position is a key opportunity to leverage technology to deliver a best-in-class customer experience within a growing initiative.
Responsibilities
- Lead strategic decisions regarding team buildout and operational policies and procedures
- Develop and improve fund administration workflows by applying best practices and process efficiencies
- Identify product development opportunities and provide technical feedback to product teams
- Hire, train, and manage a team of fund accountants
- Interface directly with clients to deliver an outstanding client experience
- Serve as a technical accounting expert and advisor on significant business and accounting decisions
- Review and perform accounting, analytical, and financial reporting duties
- Oversee annual audits, including review of draft reports, schedules, and disclosures

Qualifications
