About the role

Headway is building a new mental healthcare system to make therapy more accessible by automating insurance credentialing, claims, and payment reconciliation. We are looking for licensed clinicians to join our community to launch or grow their private practices. You will have the flexibility to set your own hours and caseload while utilizing our platform to manage your practice.

Responsibilities

• Accept insurance through our network with automated billing and admin support
• Manage your own caseload and set your own working hours
• Utilize our practice management software to run your clinical practice
• Provide care to patients either in-person or via telehealth

Qualifications

• Fully licensed board-certified Psychiatrist
• NPI Number
• Individual Malpractice Insurance
