Senior Tax Analyst

About the role

We are seeking a detail-oriented, highly curious Senior Tax Analyst to join our finance team. This position is ideal for a professional with a foundational tax background who is ready to take on greater responsibility in corporate tax provisioning, general ledger accounting, and cross-departmental collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead the preparation and calculation of quarterly and annual income tax provisions under ASC 740.
• Reconcile monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and use tax returns across multiple state and local jurisdictions.
• Prepare month-end, quarter-end, and year-end tax-related general ledger journal entries.
• Serve as a primary tax contact for AP, AR, Accounting, and Legal departments to resolve tax-related operational inquiries.
