Senior Data Analyst, GTM

About the role

Tremendous is seeking an experienced data analyst to partner with go-to-market teams including Sales, RevOps, Marketing, and Customer Success. The role involves connecting the full revenue funnel from acquisition through retention and scaling data-driven insights to support business growth. You will collaborate with the data team and stakeholders to advocate for data-informed decision-making across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Apply analytics methods such as conversion funnels and attribution across go-to-market teams.
• Consolidate findings into compelling narratives for company-wide application.
• Partner with stakeholders and senior leaders to advocate for data-informed decisions.
• Identify and implement improvements within the Data team by standardizing processes and developing innovative practices.
• Provide mentorship and foster new expertise within the team.
• Contribute to team collaboration and culture.
