Growth Development Manager

About the role

Enpal is seeking an analytical and hands-on Growth Development Manager to shape and scale their growth strategy with a focus on display marketing. You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing data-driven display marketing strategies across various channels while collaborating with marketing, data, product, and creative teams. This role combines strategic thinking with operational excellence to drive sustainable growth through performance-oriented campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Wachstumsstrategien mit Fokus auf Display Advertising
• Planung, Steuerung und Optimierung von Kampagnen über Plattformen wie Google Display Network, DV360, Programmatic Advertising, Native Advertising und weitere Display-Kanäle
• Identifikation neuer Wachstumshebel entlang des gesamten Marketing-Funnels
• Analyse von Kampagnenperformance sowie Ableitung datenbasierter Handlungsempfehlungen
• Durchführung von A/B-Tests und Experimenten zur kontinuierlichen Verbesserung von Conversion Rates und Kampagneneffizienz
• Entwicklung von Audience-, Retargeting- und Segmentierungsstrategien
• Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Creative Teams zur Entwicklung performancestarker Werbemittel
• Aufbau und Weiterentwicklung von Reporting-Strukturen, Dashboards und KPI-Frameworks
