Growth Development Manager

About the role

Enpal is looking for an analytical and hands-on Growth Development Manager to help shape and scale their growth strategy with a focus on display marketing. You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing data-driven display marketing strategies across various channels while collaborating closely with marketing, data, product, and creative teams. The role requires a combination of strategic thinking and operational excellence to drive sustainable growth through performance-oriented campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Development and implementation of growth strategies with a focus on display advertising
• Planning, managing, and optimizing campaigns across platforms such as Google Display Network, DV360, programmatic, and native advertising
• Identification of new growth levers along the entire marketing funnel
• Analysis of campaign performance and derivation of data-based recommendations
• Execution of A/B tests and experiments to improve conversion rates and campaign efficiency
• Development of audience, retargeting, and segmentation strategies
• Collaboration with creative teams to develop high-performance advertising materials
• Building and further developing reporting structures, dashboards, and KPI frameworks

Qualifications
