About the role

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior Civil Quantity Surveyor to lead quantity surveying activities for complex construction projects. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in quantity takeoffs, BOQ preparation, cost estimation, and project cost management while mentoring junior team members.

Responsibilities

• Review and analyze civil and architectural drawings, specifications, and tender documents.
• Lead the preparation and verification of detailed Bills of Quantities.
