SAP Transportation Management Solution Architect

About the role

Westernacher Consulting is seeking an experienced SAP Transportation Management Solution Architect to join their team in Germany. The role involves shaping end-to-end SAP TM solutions, guiding customers through complex transformation programmes, and providing architectural leadership from design through delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design of scalable, integrated SAP Transportation Management solutions aligned with customers’ business strategies and transformation goals.
• Translate complex transportation and logistics requirements into robust end-to-end solution architectures.
• Own key architectural decisions across SAP TM projects, balancing business needs, integration requirements and long-term solution sustainability.
• Advise senior stakeholders on solution options, architectural trade-offs and opportunities to improve transportation processes.
• Guide consultants and developers across project workstreams to ensure solution quality and consistency.
• Support pre-sales activities through solution design, effort estimation, proposal input and customer presentations.

Qualifications

• At least 9 to 10 years of relevant SAP consulting and solution architecture experience
