About the role

The Campaigns Administrator will support the Senior Staff and the wider team by ensuring the smooth and effective administration of ongoing projects. The role involves managing departmental communications, maintaining records and databases, and providing direct administrative support to the Head of Campaigns.

Responsibilities

  • Monitoring and managing the department’s inbox, ensuring queries and issues are appropriately followed up and resolved promptly.
  • Coordinating the day-to-day administration and organisation of multiple campaign projects.
  • Maintaining and updating departmental databases, records, and other key documents, ensuring information is accurate throughout.
  • Providing administrative and organisational support to the Head of Campaigns and Senior Staff.
  • Preparing detailed reports, briefings and other materials for senior staff and, where required, Party Leadership, often at short notice.
  • Supporting the department with ad hoc administrative tasks and responding flexibly to changing priorities.

Qualifications
