About the role

The AI Innovation Engineer drives the next generation of security awareness and human risk products. This role involves identifying market-driven innovations, validating them through rapid prototyping and structured experiments, and managing joint projects directly with enterprise customers.

Responsibilities

• Identify innovations by monitoring the cyber market, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
• Validate new ideas by building working prototypes and delivering actionable insights on feasibility and cost.
• Run innovation projects with enterprise customers to translate their needs into testable solutions.
• Act as a trusted point of contact for clients throughout the innovation project lifecycle.
