Channel Partners Director

About the role

The Channel Partner Director will lead and scale the partner ecosystem in Germany, acting as the primary link between the organization and valued channel partners. This strategic role involves designing partner strategies, managing complex integrations, and driving joint marketing initiatives to ensure mutual growth. The position requires a focus on project leadership, relationship building, and cross-functional collaboration to drive revenue and market penetration.

Responsibilities

• Design, execute, and refine a comprehensive channel partner strategy tailored to the German market.
• Lead end-to-end project management for new and existing partner integrations.
• Analyze partner performance and operational workflows to optimize engagement.
• Navigate complex strategic issues and resolve high-level business challenges.
• Maintain exceptional relationships with external stakeholders and internal teams.
• Collaborate on joint marketing strategies, co-branded campaigns, and go-to-market initiatives.
• Champion partner needs internally to ensure alignment on integration milestones and SLAs.

Qualifications
