Senior CSA Supervisor

About the role

The Senior CSA Supervisor will oversee critical civil, structural, and architectural activities within an industrial brownfield environment. The role focuses on operational supervision of concrete repairs, excavation, pile foundations, and underground piping installation to ensure compliance with safety, quality, and engineering standards. The supervisor will coordinate with contractors and internal teams to manage project progress, productivity, and site safety.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and control concrete repair methods, application of mortars and resins, and quality verification.
• Oversee excavation activities ensuring safety and stability in an operational industrial environment.
• Supervise pile foundation activities and ensure compliance with engineering requirements.
• Manage the installation of underground piping including alignment, leveling, protection, and testing.
• Coordinate daily with contractors, construction management, HSE, and quality teams.
• Monitor construction progress, report on productivity, and ensure adherence to project planning.
• Manage work permits and authorization processes while ensuring strict compliance with French HSE regulations.

Qualifications
