Senior CSA Supervisor

About the role

The Senior CSA Supervisor will oversee critical civil, structural, and architectural construction activities within an active industrial environment. The role focuses on operational supervision of concrete repairs, underground works, and structural installations while ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. The supervisor will coordinate with various stakeholders to ensure project progress and adherence to planning objectives.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and control concrete repair methods, including mortar and resin application.
• Oversee excavation activities, ensuring safety and stability in an industrial environment.
• Manage pile foundation activities and ensure compliance with engineering requirements.
• Supervise the installation of buried piping, including alignment, leveling, and protection.
• Coordinate daily with contractors, construction management, HSE, and quality teams.
• Monitor construction progress and report on productivity and status.
• Manage work permits and site intervention authorization processes.
