People Partner Lead, Corporate Functions, Product & Tech

About the role

The People Partner Lead will own the people agenda across Corporate Functions and partner with the Global People lead on parts of the Product & Technology organisation. This role involves driving workforce planning, organisational design, and talent management while acting as a strategic partner to senior leadership. The successful candidate will adapt people practices to the specific maturity and needs of different functions, ensuring culture and operational excellence are maintained as the company scales.

Responsibilities

• Lead workforce planning and organisational design across Legal, Finance, People, and parts of Product & Technology.
• Serve as the primary strategic partner to senior leadership, translating business strategy into people priorities and operating plans.
• Partner with leaders to embed company cultural Vitals into daily operations and team behaviours.
• Drive leadership development, performance, and engagement for the leadership population.
• Advise on compensation, mobility, and promotions to ensure internal equity and market competitiveness.
• Lead and sponsor change initiatives related to structure or operating models.
• Manage employee relations matters with discretion and confidentiality, working alongside legal counsel.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in senior HR Business Partner, People Partner, or People/HR leadership roles
• Experience at Director level or above
