About the role

The Technical Problem Solver Expert leads the resolution of complex, high-impact technical issues using structured methodologies such as Shainin Red X and Six Sigma. This role drives measurable improvements in quality, cost, and delivery while developing problem-solving capabilities across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Solve complex and difficult technical problems
• Lead a cross-functional team to apply structured problem-solving methodologies
• Define priorities and proactively anticipate roadblocks
• Ensure rigor and governance of problem-solving methodologies across the organization
• Coach and develop problem solver practitioners
• Select high-impact projects across plants or business units
• Report project progress, people development, and savings to senior management

Qualifications
