About the role

As a Delivery Enabler at MaibornWolff, you will guide interdisciplinary teams through the AI-driven transformation of software development. You will be responsible for fostering effective team structures, managing stakeholder interests, and ensuring efficient delivery processes. This role involves actively shaping the future of delivery enablement while integrating AI tools into team workflows.

• Manage stakeholder interests to ensure efficient communication and decision-making flows.
• Use metrics to make the value contribution of the role visible and address risks early.
• Enable teams to integrate AI agents and tools while managing associated change processes.
• Collaborate with the Delivery Enabler guild to share knowledge and evolve the role definition.
