Lead Product Manager

About the role

The Lead Product Manager will own the Prescribe product, which helps prospective learners identify the right programme and guides them through to a successful start. This role focuses on driving conversion metrics, setting strategy, and leveraging AI to improve learner outcomes. You will work as a strategic counterpart to engineering, design, and data teams to build scalable, AI-native experiences.

Responsibilities

• Shape new conversational, AI-first experiences to help learners and customers identify optimal programmes.
• Own the logic connecting learner skills to programmes and funding, ensuring compliance and explainability.
• Identify high-leverage drop-off points and manage the experimentation roadmap to improve conversion.
• Collaborate with GTM, Operations, and Data teams to improve attribution and funnel quality.
• Author strategic narratives, including PRFAQs and sales-facing briefings, and represent the product to senior leadership.
