Senior Financial Analyst - FP&A

About the role

This role bridges programme finance for contracted customer work and the ground-up development of regional finance infrastructure for the UK, Europe, and Middle East. You will own financial planning and analysis for a portfolio of programmes while establishing processes, systems, and controls to support the company's rapid international growth. This is a hands-on position requiring the ability to build structure and define financial operations in a fast-growing environment.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day programme finance across a portfolio of contracted customer programmes including EAC maintenance and variance reporting.
• Act as a finance business partner to cross-functional programme teams.
• Build and operate the regional internal management P&L reporting process from scratch.
• Define and maintain regional performance KPIs and produce performance narratives for leadership.
• Own monthly data pulls from Foundry and Oracle EPM and build automated, repeatable reporting controls.
• Interface with international accounting managers on statutory, tax, and audit requirements.

Qualifications

• ACCA or CIMA qualified or equivalent chartered qualification
