Senior Partnerships Manager

About the role

The Senior Partnerships Manager will serve as a commercial lead and strategic advisor for a portfolio of partner banks in the UK and Europe. This role involves managing senior stakeholder relationships, driving growth in assets under management, and leading complex product launches and technical integrations. The position requires a consultative approach to help banking leadership solve liquidity, capital, and deposit-funding challenges using the company's platform technology.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary strategic contact for Treasury Heads, CFOs, and C-suite banking executives to align platform capabilities with their financial objectives.
• Proactively structure, negotiate, and execute commercial growth strategies to scale partner Assets Under Management and launch new deposit product lines.
• Lead complex, multi-stakeholder workstreams across internal cross-functional teams to ensure seamless bank onboarding and technical integrations.
• Drive priority commercial initiatives across the UK and EEA markets, identifying opportunities to launch adjacent financial products and expand strategic partner coverage.

Qualifications
