About the role

The Digital & Motion Designer will support the concepting, design, animation, and production of high-performing paid digital creative and client-facing presentations. This role focuses on translating creative strategy into compelling visual assets across multiple platforms while maintaining brand consistency. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, balancing creative storytelling with production excellence.

Responsibilities

• Concepting, designing, and producing high-performing static and motion creative for paid digital campaigns across platforms including Meta, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Amazon, and Search.
• Partnering closely with Creative Strategists, Performance Creative Leads, Designers, and Account teams to translate creative strategy into performance-driven assets.
• Developing creative concepts, establishing visual direction, presenting work to clients, and guiding concepts through final production.
• Creating pixel-perfect assets while ensuring consistency, quality, and adherence to platform specifications and brand guidelines.
• Designing, versioning, and optimizing creative across formats and channels while maintaining creative integrity.
• Supporting creative testing initiatives by producing iterative asset variations informed by performance insights.
• Championing client visual identity by maintaining brand guidelines, design systems, and reusable resources.
• Improving creative workflows by developing best practices and staying current on industry trends and AI tools.
