Frontend Engineer

About the role

Catawiki is looking for a Frontend Engineer to join one of their development verticals to improve the experience for buyers, sellers, and internal teams. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to build product innovations for web and mobile applications using a modern frontend stack. The role focuses on delivering reliable, high-quality, and accessible user experiences while contributing to scalable microservices.

Responsibilities

• Build impactful product experiences by improving and delivering innovations across the platform.
• Create adaptable web frontends on top of scalable microservices using TypeScript and ReactJS.
• Deliver responsive, accessible experiences that work well across desktop, tablet, and mobile screens.
• Optimise product performance by measuring and monitoring systems.
• Experiment and learn by partnering with Product Managers and UX Designers on A/B tests.
• Collaborate across disciplines with engineers, QA, design, and product colleagues.
