GTM Engineer

About the role

The GTM Engineer will lead the GTM Engineering function, architecting the infrastructure behind the go-to-market engine. This role involves managing data, integrations, and automation to power scalable pipeline generation while integrating AI into GTM workflows. The successful candidate will transition the team from manual prospecting to a systems-oriented model and ensure all solutions are governed, production-ready, and measurable.

Responsibilities

• Connect enrichment providers, internal data sources, and AI to maintain accurate account and contact data.
• Design data flows and integrate systems across CRM, sequencing, marketing automation, and data warehouses.
• Build and maintain inbound lead scoring, routing, and outbound list-building workflows.
• Design agentic workflows for personalization and productivity using prompt engineering.
• Run structured experiments across channels and measure performance against pipeline and conversion metrics.
• Guide and mentor the BDR team in workflow design and system maintenance.
• Implement safeguards for data quality, deliverability, and regulatory compliance.
