About the role

1KOMMA5° is building an integrated energy system to transition households to renewable energy. As a working student in Human Resources, you will support the HR team with operational tasks and administrative processes. You will help maintain employee data, manage HR documentation, and assist with onboarding and offboarding procedures.

Responsibilities

• Support the HR team in daily operational business
• Maintain and update employee data in Personio
• Create and manage HR documents and certificates
• Prepare employee entries and exits
• Act as a point of contact for general HR-related questions

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a degree program in Human Resources, Business Administration, Business Psychology, or a related field
