Senior Project Manager

About the role

Init Ag is looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead large-scale IT projects with societal relevance. You will manage interdisciplinary teams, translate client requirements into digital solutions, and act as a Product Owner in agile setups. The role involves consulting clients on digital transformation and driving the continuous improvement of project management methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Realize large-scale IT projects using agile, traditional, or hybrid methodologies.
• Translate client requirements into IT solutions and processes while acting as a Product Owner.
• Manage interdisciplinary project teams and stakeholder interfaces.
• Facilitate client workshops and develop strategies for efficient digital implementation.
• Identify optimization potential in internal and external collaboration and manage change processes.
• Mentor project management colleagues and contribute to the development of the company's methodology toolkit.
