Product Manager - UX/UI Focus

About the role

As a Product Manager at Reonic, you will own product problems from discovery through execution, working closely with customers, design, and engineering. A strong focus of your role will be shaping the UX and UI of the product, from improving existing workflows to designing entirely new experiences. You will combine product thinking with a strong eye for design to ensure the product is simple, valuable, and intuitive.

Responsibilities

• Own product problems end-to-end from discovery and problem definition through launch and iteration.
• Design intuitive, efficient, and delightful experiences across the product.
• Talk to customers, analyze feedback and usage data, and identify pain points.
• Challenge assumptions and identify opportunities to ensure the right problems are being solved.
• Work hands-on with wireframes, prototypes, and UI concepts to explore solutions.
• Maintain a high standard for usability, consistency, accessibility, and visual quality.
• Collaborate with engineers to communicate requirements and make pragmatic trade-offs.
• Measure outcomes and continuously improve the product experience after launch.
