Senior CX Solution Design Lead

About the role

The Senior CX Solution Design Lead is a senior individual contributor responsible for leading the solution design and delivery of complex client engagements. This role acts as a player-architect, translating client objectives into practical designs and implementation plans while coordinating across internal teams to ensure successful delivery.

Responsibilities

• Leads the solution design and day-to-day execution of complex client engagements involving Daml, the Canton Network, and enterprise software implementations
• Translates client business objectives and requirements into structured solution designs, implementation approaches, delivery plans, and prioritized roadmaps
• Independently leads complex workstreams across multiple teams, managing dependencies, decisions, risks, and competing priorities
• Serves as a senior functional and solution-design authority throughout the engagement lifecycle
• Leads client steering committee meetings and other senior stakeholder forums, providing clear updates on delivery progress, risks, decisions, and recommended actions
• Identifies potential client blockers, resource constraints, and delivery risks early and develops practical mitigation plans
