About the role
The Senior CX Solution Design Lead is a senior individual contributor responsible for leading the solution design and delivery of complex client engagements. This role acts as a player-architect, translating client objectives into practical designs and implementation plans while coordinating across internal teams and external partners. The position serves as a functional authority within the Customer Experience team, mentoring colleagues and driving improvements in delivery standards.
Responsibilities
- Lead the solution design and day-to-day execution of complex client engagements involving Daml, the Canton Network, and enterprise software.
- Translate client business objectives into structured solution designs, implementation approaches, and prioritized roadmaps.
- Lead complex workstreams, managing dependencies, risks, and competing priorities across multiple teams.
- Facilitate discovery and design sessions with clients to define requirements and implementation priorities.
- Partner with Sales on pre-sales opportunities, providing solution-design expertise and implementation perspectives.
- Synthesize client feedback into actionable inputs for Product and Engineering teams to inform roadmap discussions.
