Senior Supplier Quality Development Specialist

About the role

The Audi Revolut F1 Team is seeking a specialist to drive supplier development and ensure high quality standards as the team prepares for the FIA Formula 1 World Championship. This role involves managing supplier networks, conducting audits, and implementing process optimizations to improve performance and prevent defects. You will work closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure the highest quality output for the team.

Responsibilities

• Active supplier development to ensure high quality standards
• Establishment of a stable network with key suppliers
• Supplier audits based on defined standards
• Quality agreements with suppliers
• Identification of opportunities for optimisation in supplier processes and implementation of appropriate measures
• Monitoring of supplier performance including on-time delivery, lead time, and defect rates
• Support for problem-solving, root cause analysis and corrective measures
• Analysis of quality data and preparation of reports on supplier performance

Qualifications
