Advanced Software Engineer - Customer Success

About the role

The Customer Success Engineering team ensures that Feedzai solutions are successfully implemented, integrated, optimized, and supported throughout the customer lifecycle. As an Advanced Customer Success Engineer, you will serve as a trusted technical advisor, translating business requirements into scalable technical solutions for enterprise customers. You will focus on delivering successful customer outcomes through implementation, troubleshooting, and performance optimization while collaborating with internal product and customer success teams.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement technical solutions that maximize the value of the Feedzai platform
• Configure, customize, and extend customer solutions using Java, SQL, and platform configuration
• Build and maintain integrations using REST APIs, messaging systems, event-driven architectures, and file processing
• Troubleshoot complex production issues across application, database, infrastructure, and integration layers
• Analyze and optimize application performance, scalability, and operational reliability
• Lead technical activities during implementations, upgrades, migrations, and production go-lives
• Support enterprise customers throughout the implementation and post-production lifecycle
• Review solution designs and implementation approaches to ensure alignment with Feedzai best practices
