About the role

The Senior Talent Acquisition Partner will support a client's growth project by managing end-to-end hiring across the UK and Nordics. This role involves partnering with hiring managers to source top talent for technical, AI, and creative gaming positions while optimizing recruitment processes. The successful candidate will drive continuous improvement and help shape long-term recruitment strategies.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end hiring across several key business areas
• Manage hiring data to support informed decision-making by managers
• Build trusted partnerships with hiring managers
• Source top talent through creative and strategic methods
• Deliver a seamless, high-quality candidate experience
• Drive continuous improvement in recruitment processes
• Develop recruitment strategies to support hiring over the next 12 to 24 months
