About the role

The hey contact heroes are looking for reliable and motivated freelancers to support a new inbound customer service project for a well-known mobile brand. You will handle inquiries regarding prepaid products, tariffs, SIM cards, and technical support. This role offers high flexibility and the opportunity to work remotely from within the EU, excluding Germany.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls regarding prepaid products, tariffs, and SIM cards
• Assist customers with top-ups and basic technical inquiries
• Maintain professional communication standards within the project environment
• Manage personal work schedule flexibly within project requirements

Required skills

• German C1/C2
• Customer Service
• Web-based tools

Qualifications

• Freelancer status in country of residence
• Ability to issue invoices to international clients
