Senior Platform Engineer

About the role

Pigment is looking for a Senior Platform Engineer to design and implement the infrastructure for their AI-powered business planning platform. You will work within the SRE team to ensure scalability, performance, and high availability while contributing to software development activities. The role involves collaborating closely with software engineers to drive infrastructure improvements and automation.

Responsibilities

• Define and build infrastructure to meet performance challenges and ensure scalability.
• Secure high availability and redundancy of the platform.
• Monitor platform performance and correctness while spreading observability best practices.
• Participate in incident response and support geographical expansion.
• Collaborate with the security team on infrastructure and development pipeline roadmaps.
• Continuously identify and eliminate inefficiencies in development practices and pipelines.
