About the role
As a Delivery Manager at REMATIQ, you will independently drive customer projects from problem framing to successful delivery. You will work closely with customers, leadership, and technical teams to turn complex customer needs into high-quality AI-powered workflows. This is a hands-on project ownership role focused on deploying AI agents in mission-critical workflows for MedTech and life sciences companies.
Responsibilities
- Own customer delivery workstreams by structuring ambiguous problems, defining workplans, and managing risks.
- Lead customer interactions to understand goals, workflows, constraints, and pain points.
- Work hands-on with the AI platform to deploy agents in mission-critical workflows.
- Frame complex issues clearly and turn ambiguity into actionable decisions.
- Produce project plans, meeting materials, workflow documentation, and customer-facing drafts.
- Become fluent in the REMATIQ product to demo, teach, and support customers after rollout.
