About the role

The accountant will be responsible for managing financial accounting and payroll processes. This role involves handling business transactions, supporting month-end and year-end closings, and ensuring accurate payroll preparation while optimizing internal accounting processes.

Responsibilities

• Verbuchung sämtlicher Geschäftsvorfälle
• Prüfung, Kontierung und Buchung von Ein- und Ausgangsrechnungen
• Kontenabstimmung und Pflege der OP-Listen
• Unterstützung bei Monats- und Jahresabschlüssen
• Vorbereitung und Abstimmung der Lohn- und Gehaltsabrechnungen
• Pflege der Personalstammdaten
• Weiterentwicklung interner Buchhaltungsprozesse
