About the role
The Account Executive II will drive new retail business growth by managing inbound opportunities and proactively re-engaging historical leads. This role involves managing the full sales cycle, from qualifying prospects and conducting product demonstrations to negotiating solutions and closing deals. The successful candidate will build and manage a sales pipeline while contributing to the growth of a company transforming the retail industry.
Responsibilities
- Manage the full sales cycle, from qualifying and discovering customer needs through to delivering product demonstrations, negotiating solutions, and closing new business opportunities.
- Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline, accurately forecasting activity and revenue while maintaining up-to-date records in Salesforce and other sales tools.
- Consistently achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets through effective pipeline management and customer engagement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and leadership on pricing, deal strategy, and customer acquisition initiatives.
- Prepare accurate sales quotes, contracts, and orders while ensuring a seamless customer experience throughout the buying journey.
- Gather and share market insights, customer feedback, and competitive intelligence to help inform sales strategies and business decisions.
